Welcome to Valley EDGE High School ACADEMY!

I’m excited to be back as your principal and to work alongside such dedicated staff, supportive families, and amazing students. Our small school gives us the chance to really know each student and support their goals, while also creating a close, welcoming community.

Since its beginning in 2010, our high school has embraced innovation and the belief that small class sizes create big opportunities. The close connections we build allow us to better understand and support each student’s individual goals. Our student body represents several surrounding districts—including Colville, Chewelah, Loon Lake, and Mary Walker—making our school a vibrant and diverse community of learners.

Students here are encouraged to explore both academic and personal interests. Opportunities include leadership, archery, chess club, and game club, as well as athletics through Jenkins High School in the Chewelah District with transportation provided to Chewelah for practices and games.

As your principal, I remain committed to doing what is best for all students—academically, socially, and emotionally.  Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or ideas.
